The TSM-201 peat mixing machine is designed for thorough and uniform mixing of various materials such as peat, sand, earth, mineral fertilisers, perlite, vermiculite, etc. followed by controlled delivery of the finished substrate by a belt inclined conveyor. Features of the peat mixing machine TSM-201: Reliable gearmotors with optimised speeds of rotation of the mixer screw and peat feeding by the conveyor belt. Two pairs of multi-directional auger spirals made of high-strength wear-resistant steel. Weighing device allows correct dosing of substrate components. Fully automatic operation, including renewable delivery of the finished substrate to the table or planting machine. Laser sensor for monitoring the peat level on the conveyor belt. Moisturising system with six nozzles and filter. Liquid additive and fertiliser system (Trichocin, FIBA-ZORB, etc.) evenly wets the entire volume of substrate in certain proportions.
