Instrument for intramedullary osteosynthesis of the femur. It is used for insertion and proximal locking of antegrade-retrograde A/R pins. It is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

The total length is 189 mm. Hole for the guide arm (part no. 515.100) with a diameter of 14 mm.
