Description
Units of complex gas treatment are developed according to STO GAZPROM 089-2010. Complex of technological equipment and auxiliary equipment. They are designed for preparation of natural or associated petroleum gas by its reduction, purification and drying, and for preparation of stable gas condensate by sequential degassing and weathering in tanks.
The technology allows
- obtain gas at the outlet in accordance with STO Gazprom 089 at the pressure at the inlet of the gas condensate unit over 9.0 MPa, at pressure reduction a booster compressor is required;
- separating formation water at the GTU inlet in a separator and sample trap, which reduces methanol consumption;
- recycle saturated methanol from the separator by feeding it into gas plumes from wells;
- utilise weatherization gas from the splitter by ejector;
- prepare condensate in tanks with a mass-exchange section, where the output of stable condensate is close to the method of column stabilisation of condensate, but stable operation of the equipment is ensured in case of changes in the operation of the GTU.
