Description
Inductive step-down voltage converter IC, manufactured using CMOS process technology and featuring a number of improved parameters. Parameters such as conversion frequencies up to 350 kHz, current feedback, 100% fill factor, PWM and PWM modes, significantly expand the application area of this chip. Scope of application: small-sized DC-DC power supplies with relatively high load capacity - 1.5 A. Dynamic characteristics of the converter allow to use together with it inductors of small nominal values. The use of the chip as a traditional switching power supply gives advantages in comparison with classical linear voltage regulators.
