Integrated Circuit GM7109HV Series for 3A Buck Converter Applications

GM7109HV-xx is fabricated from a 3HV96K-xx crystal and provides all active functions to a step-down pulse regulator for 3A load control with good stabilisation characteristics in terms of input voltage and load currents. The device is available in 3.3V, 5V fixed output voltage and adjustable output voltage versions. The stabilisers are easy to use and require a minimum number of external components. Distinctive features of the stabilisers are an internal frequency compensation circuit and a fixed frequency oscillator.
