Emergency-rescue means for stationary placement near the user's workplace. CIP-3 is designed for use by personnel responsible for the organisation of evacuation of people during a fire from buildings and premises of permanent residence and round-the-clock (temporary) stay of people (hotels, hostels, dormitories of sanatoriums and rest homes of general type, camping, motels and boarding houses, specialised homes for the elderly and disabled), as well as for equipping object fire extinguishing points and security posts of buildings and structures. CIP-3 is used for protection of respiratory organs, vision and skin coverings of the human head from toxic products of combustion during evacuation from premises and high-rise buildings during fire or other emergency situations in case of gassiness of the ambient atmosphere to the state unfit for breathing.
