Instant Cooling Crystallizer for Effective Product Cooling Solutions

Crystalliser is designed for instant cooling of the product in a closed cooler (crystalliser) from 55-60C to 20CReservoir is a vertical cylindrical vessel made of corrosion-resistant steel grade AISI 304 L, mounted on 4 legs. The body is a thick-walled flask with a torospherical bottom operating under pressure up to 0,1MPa. To the upper bottom of the body there are welded lugs for transporting the tank.

The tank is equipped with the necessary process fittings and connections according to the customer's specifications. With the help of vacuum created by thermocompressor or vacuum pump the product in the closed cooler (crystalliser) is instantly cooled from the temperature of 55-60C to 20C. The cooling process occurs due to adiabatic boiling of the concentrated product in the entire volume.

The process takes place under pressure below atmospheric pressure. The apparatus provides the possibility of intensive mixing.
