Industrial Egg Incubator for Poultry - Stimul IP-16M1 for Hatching

Industrial pre-incubator for 16128 hen eggs Stimul IP-16M1 is used for hatching chicks of all kinds of farm birds. The set of trays for chicken eggs, when hatching other types of birds capacity changes. Automation of the unit allows remote control of the complete incubation process.The incubator body is made of sandwich panels 45 mm thick.

Thermal insulation material of the panels is extruded polystyrene foam. The outer layers are PVC plastic. The frame of the enclosure is made of high quality stainless steel.

Stimulus IP-16M1 (preliminary) is completed with: 4 preliminary trolleys, on which the drive of tray rotation is located; cooling radiators; humidification system. The trolleys are completed with trays, depending on the type of incubated eggs. Preliminary trolley for eggs is completed with chicken trays.

It has 16 tiers of 2 sections, 32 cassettes in total. One cassette includes 2 chicken trays of 63 eggs.
