Industrial 3D Printer R2000 Robotech for Metallurgical Applications

The R-2000 large industrial printer is designed for use in the metals industry. This model would be an excellent solution for a large industrial plant. Industrial 3D printers "R" series, print using Binder-Jetting technology - layer-by-layer bonding of composite powder with a binder.

The construction area of 2000x1000x1000 mm provides printing of moulds of large-sized parts. It allows to produce a mould for casting within a day without additional costs. The construction of the printer and the adopted design solutions provide reliability, accuracy, printing speed, open up the possibility of producing moulds of any degree of complexity (curved configuration, internal cavities, a large number of unique sections in different planes).

The R-2000 industrial 3D printer is an in-house development from ROBOTECH. The technology and technical solutions are patented.
