Description
The electric induction cooker PEI-2K belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 2 burners with a total power consumption of 10 kW.
Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner is 50kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 and not more than 32 cm. Boiling time of 1 litre of water is approximately 1.5 minutes.
The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
