Induction Electric Stove ICD9 - 1 PRO for Professional Cooking

The electric induction cooker ICD9 - 1 PRO tabletop is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering companies. The design of the cooker is table-top. The induction hob has a control system placed on the front panel of the hob.

It has 1 burner with a power consumption of 3.5 kW. The size of the working surface (glass-ceramic) is 380x380mm. The thickness of the working surface is 6 mm.

Levels of manual power regulation from 1 to 9. Temperature regulation levels 40÷240. Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner 40kg.

Number of grease filters-1pc. It has a function of checking the suitability of the cookware used. Use cookware specially designed for induction hobs, which has a bottom base with a diameter of at least 12 cm and no more than 26 cm.
