Description
The electric induction cooker PEI-1N/W1D belongs to the trade mark "Dominator". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in specially designed for induction cookers functional containers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. Table-top version - 1 WOK burner; power consumption 3.5 kW.
Voltage 220V. Boiling time of 1 litre of water is about 3,5 minutes. The cooker is made of AISI 430 stainless steel elements 1.2 mm thick.
Each plate has side strips to provide ventilation. The plates are equipped with rubber supports preventing sliding on the surface.
