Hydrogen Resistance Furnace KБ 152 for High-Temperature Thermal Processing

Hydrogen double-bottom electric resistance furnace KB 152 is designed for heat treatment of parts in hydrogen environment at temperatures up to 1500°C.
The furnace is equipped with:
- temperature control system - temperature control and regulation in the furnace is carried out by a separate control cabinet, which contains control elements, power unit with microprocessor regulator, visual and light signalling;
- a device for visual observation of the process in the furnace working space;
- system of electrolytic hydrogen generation;
- system of hydrogen dehydration to dew point;
- hydrogen humidification system up to dew point;
- system for drying of high-purity gaseous nitrogen;
- hydrogen and nitrogen mixing and flow control system;
- hydrogen and nitrogen dryer regeneration system;
- microprocessor unit, which regulates the temperature according to PID-law with the function of archiving the parameters of the conducted processes;
- hydrogen inlet and afterburning system
