Hydraulic Hitch SG 8 for Efficient Attachment to Disc Harrows

The hitch trailed hydroficated SG 8 is designed to work with trailed tooth harrows BZSS-1, 0, BZT-1 installed in two rows or sections of heavy tooth harrows. The coupling provides 8 m working width. Harrowing units based on the coupling are used for early spring moisture closure, repeated harrowing, as well as harrowing of fallows.

The checkerboard arrangement of harrows in the rows allows a much more uniform depth and effective mulching of the cultivated soil layer. A characteristic feature of the Cg 8-2 coupling is the ability to quickly raise the harrows with the help of hydraulics, which improves cleaning conditions, eliminates breakage and deformation of harrow leashes on turns. To simplify and speed up the process of transferring the hitch from transport position to working position and back again, additional options are available: control of transport wheels from the tractor cab or manual control of transport wheels.
