Hot Box 300 Sample Preparation System for Chemical and Instrumental Analysis

NOT VOH 300 is a system for sample preparation for quantitative, chemical and instrumental analysis, provides heating, stable thermostatting and complete dissolution of solid and liquid samples of different nature: geological, biological, oils, fats, soils, petroleum products, ashes, sewage, etc. The system is designed for the preparation of samples for quantitative, chemical and instrumental analysis. It consists of a graphite heating block and an external control unit.

The control unit is remote, can be mounted on the side wall of the fume cupboard by means of built-in magnets. The graphite unit is housed in a metal casing with corrosion-resistant coating and high-performance thermal insulation. Depending on the model, the system has 34, 54 or 117 positions for loading vessels of different volumes.

The system provides heating and uniform gradient-free temperature control of the contents of each vessel in the temperature range up to +300°C. Not only test tubes, but also autoclaves can be used to perform acid decomposition of complex samples under high pressure.
