Cylindrical two-stage horizontal gearboxes of general machine-building application of types RTSD-250, RTSD-350, RTSD-400 is a two-stage gearbox with spur gear. These gearboxes provide gear ratios in the range from 10 to 40 and torques on the low-speed shaft from 431 to 2300 Nm, are designed to increase torque and reduce speed. The housing is made of cast iron or aluminium. Ambient temperature from minus 40C to plus 50C. Gearboxes are manufactured in all climatic versions, which is indicated in the product marking. Example: RTSD-400-40-21 KC U3, where: RTSD - type of reducer; 400 - centre distance of the second stage; 40 - nominal gear ratio; 21 - assembly variant; KC - shaft execution variant; U3 - climatic execution, according to GOST 15150.
