Horizontal Two-Retort Carbonization Furnace PUDG-30 for Wood Charcoal Production

Coal incinerator, PUDG-30 is designed for processing of wood materials into charcoal by thermal decomposition of wood without access to oxygen. The area of application of the furnace - enterprises of various forms of ownership engaged in the harvesting and processing of wood. The furnace can be transported from place to place, on forest lands, depending on felling and utilisation of wood waste.

The raw material for charcoal production is hard and soft wood (hardwood poles, industrial waste, cuttings and waste from carpentry shops. The working cycle includes: drying, pyrolysis of wood, cooling of charcoal. The average service life of the furnace is not less than 5 years.

The warranty period of operation of the furnace - 12 months, from the moment of transfer to the ownership of the buyer.Total installed power 100-150 W. Coal can be produced for any purpose. Capacity of 30-50 tonnes per month.
