Description

Horizontal float level switch SZHU-1-PG is designed for installation in tanks from the side. Universal design in which the flange connection can be changed. The modification is supplied as standard with a 51 mm diameter stainless steel float with one or two monitoring points.

The device functions in the following way: as a result of increase (decrease) of the liquid level in the tank, the float starts to move along the arc of the circle. This movement of the sensing element is possible due to its attachment to the rotational axis on the boom via a suspension. From the lowest to the highest point, the float travels 15° along the arc. SZHU-1-PG triggering occurs at the moment of reed switch closing by the float with a magnet integrated inside the rod when the maximum (minimum) level of the controlled medium is reached.

The main advantage of this modification is the absence of connection of the signalling device to the network.
