Horizontal centrifugal hermetic electric pump units type Villina-GNGC

The Villina-GNGC type electric horizontal centrifugal hermetic pump units (hereinafter referred to as units) are designed for pumping in stationary conditions neutral, aggressive, toxic, as well as explosion and fire hazardous liquids.
The area of application - explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations in accordance with the assigned explosion protection marking and requirements of GOST 31438.1-2011 (EN 1127-1:2007), GOST IEC 60079-14-2013.
The basic design of Villina-GNGC type units is horizontal, centrifugal, hermetically sealed with magnetic coupling and drive by AC asynchronous electric motor
The units have two design variants:
- cast version of casings - consists of impeller casing (snail), module, magnetic coupling drive, electric motor and base plate;
- welded version of casings - consists of suction casing, discharge casing, driven and driving magnetic coupling, stand, electric motor and base plate.
