Horizontal Block Gas Air Coolers TÜRBO for Efficient Gas Cooling

Air gas cooling units horizontal block type "TURBO" are designed for cooling of natural gas at linear and booster compressor stations of MG and CS UGS with working pressure up to 25.0 MPa. Design versions: with inclined arrangement of fan impellers with composite diffusers; with horizontal arrangement of impellers with metal diffusers; with horizontal arrangement of impellers with composite diffusers. Advantages: block construction; lengths from 3 to 16 m; composite materials; reduced vibration of metal structures; reduced energy consumption due to coiled finning with finning coefficient up to 25; impellers made of composite materials; inclined fans and side air intake; ejection or forced recirculation system; two-speed motors or frequency regulation; small number of moisture-proof motors; welding of finned pipes; aluminisation of uncoated pipe sections.
