Description
Vacuum belt filters are mainly used for filtering rapidly settling suspensions with particles of solid phase of heterogeneous size, when thorough washing of the sludge is necessary. The filters allow both countercurrent and direct current washing of the sludge and have the possibility of obtaining sludge in a thin bed.
