The composition of the complex KVT-400 - high-vacuum hybrid turbomolecular pump VGTN-400; frequency converter; set of mounting parts.
High-vacuum hybrid turbomolecular pump VGTN-400 is designed for obtaining high vacuum in various vacuum-technological installations for industrial and research purposes.
Frequency converter (FC) of rotation is designed to control three-phase high-speed asynchronous electric motor of VGTN-400 pump and to monitor the main parameters ensuring pump operation. The IF provides acceleration, speed control and braking of the electric motor rotor in operation modes without speed sensor.
A set of mounting parts connects the frequency converter with the electric motor, with the temperature sensor, provides power supply to the blower fan.
Advantages of the pump: withstands repeated atmospheric breakthrough; undergoes multi-stage dynamic balancing; average service life 20000 hours.
