Vacuum electrothermal unit KB 103 for high-temperature heat treatment and soldering of long items in vacuum on the basis of high-temperature shaft furnace operates in the temperature range from 300 to 2200C. It includes the main units: heating chamber made of stainless steel 12X18N10T (chamber body - vertical cylinder, equipped with water cooling jacket with heaters and screen heat insulation); control cabinet, which has a heating control system based on a logic controller and device "Thermodat-19E4"; cable system for moving the processed products by height; vacuum system with vapour-oil and mechanical pump, vacuum valves and shutter; water cooling system with collector, distributor and flow sensors of high reliability; thyristor regulator; furnace transformer; wiring and cable distribution. The chamber is equipped with a viewing window with replaceable glass and a specialised instrument for visual observation of the heat treatment process.
