High-Temperature Incinerator for Waste Disposal INSI V-2000 - Safe and Efficient

Insinerator INSI V-2000 is designed for high-temperature thermal neutralisation of biological, medical, including infected, industrial and solid municipal waste.

Waste is loaded directly into the combustion chamber, where thermal decomposition of organic substances (gasification) takes place, producing a non-combustible mineral residue - ash. Then the gaseous organic compounds go to the afterburning chamber, where the final complete oxidation of gases takes place, producing mainly carbon dioxide CO2 and water vapour H2O. Due to the peculiarities of the two-reactor scheme and temperature conditions, the incinerator does not produce harmful emissions such as: dioxins, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, soot, etc..
