Hex Bar Trap Bar for Deadlifts – Ideal for Strength Training

Trap Bar (Hex Bar, Trap Bar) - is a type of technical bar, originally designed to perform deadlifts. The bar is made in the shape of a hexagon. Thanks to this shape, the weight is not shifted forward, but is distributed evenly and is lifted in a vertical position.

This reduces the probability of injuries and helps to lift more weight. The trap bar is made of strong profile tubing. All joints are reinforced with reinforcing plates made of heavy-gauge steel, which makes the frame very strong and rigid.

The bar has 2 sets of parallel handles, located at a distance of __ cm from each other. They have anti-slip notches. During warm-up, the athlete can easily use one or the other set of grips just by turning the bar over to the other side.

The presence of two handles allows beginners or lifters recovering from injuries to practise the deadlift technique, reducing the load on the lower back.
