Description
Heating unit BNSI.681819.144-01 is designed for heating the supply air supplied to the electric train driver's cabin.
The heating unit includes the following devices and units:
- High-voltage electric heater VVEK- 11400/10,0 BNSI.681819.143-01 or its version (hereinafter referred to as VVEK);
- Air distribution device BNSI.632752.024 designed for mechanical hermetic connection of the inlet air duct of the VVEC and the air duct for air supply to the electric train driver's cabin.
VVEC is produced in different variants of constructive design:
a) for use in DC electric train cars with rated DC supply voltage of 3000 V;
b) for use in AC electric train cars with AC supply voltage of 628 V.
The principle of operation of the VVEC is based on the use of heating spirals forming electric air heating modules, which are blown by the air flow.
The heating unit includes the following devices and units:
