The heater is designed for use as part of a vacuum evaporation plant for primary heating of food liquids in dairies and canneries, in various segments of the food industry, for example, for such products as purees, juices, milk and so on. The heater body is a vertical cylindrical vessel made of corrosion-resistant steel AISI 304. Inside the casing there are tubes welded into pipe grids.
