Description
MDM with intraannular cuff shape with antithrombogenic and antibacterial coatings (size: 31; code: 3In). The uniqueness of monolithic pyrolytic carbon technology provides significant strength and reliability advantages. The free rotation of the flaps around the central axis increases the thromboresistance of the prosthesis. The special design feature provides improved washing of the hinge assembly by the regurgitant blood flow. The complex hydrodynamic profile of the flaps forms a smoothly expanding blood flow, which creates additional forces for rapid opening and closing. Titanium banding ring on the body creates additional protection against deformation of the body on the side of cardiac muscles, providing free mobility of the flaps. The body of the prosthesis has an increased height to protect the flaps from surrounding intracardiac structures.
