Hardware-software stationary complex for fixing

PAK "Digital patrol" is designed to solve a number of problems associated with the identification of vehicles and automatic recording of traffic violations, namely: -Automatic reading and identification of state registration marks of all vehicles from images obtained directly from video cameras; -Measurement of the speed of all vehicles in the flow of traffic with the establishment of the permitted speed by lanes. -Measuring the average speed of all vehicles on a road section. -Setting different permitted speeds for the whole flow and for lorries and buses.
