METEOR hardware and software complexes of METEOR PRO.02 modification (hereinafter referred to as complexes) are designed to measure the speed of vehicles by radar method, to measure the current time synchronised with UTC(SU) time scale, to measure the current navigation parameters and to determine the coordinates of complexes on their basis.
Complexes are special technical means operating in continuous round-the-clock automatic mode and having functions of photo and video recording, are designed to provide control over road traffic, to fix administrative offences in the field of road traffic (in accordance with GOST R 57144-2016)..
