Hammer Chest Press Trainer

Hammer chest press machine is designed for working out pectoral muscles. The trainer is equipped with independent levers for each arm, which allows you to form a separate load on the left and right parts of the body. Forward press in the sitting position is performed with convergence - this means a wide grip at the beginning of the movement and convergence of the arms in the isometric phase. Workout of pectoral muscles in Hammer simulators is more effective due to the greatest stretching of muscles and then their contraction.The supporting structure is made of 60x80 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm. The structure has radial bends, which significantly increases its strength. The frame is painted by powder coating method.
