By pressing the pedal of the mechanism with your foot, the levers of the chest press machine are brought to a comfortable position for starting the exercise.As in the classic machine, the forward press in the sitting position is performed with a convergence due to the movement of the levers in an arc. Thanks to this, the workout of pectoral muscles in Hammer trainers is more effective.The supporting structure is made of 60x80 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm. The frame is powder coated.
