This trainer is a sports machine, which has two sides - for working out the chest and back muscles. To train the pectoral muscles, the athlete needs to lie on an inclined bench, take hold of special handles and perform chest press in an incline. Workout of the broadest muscles of the back is carried out sitting down, the body should be fixed with a support cushion and rollers.

Next, the athlete should pull the platform downwards while holding the handles. The shoulder blades should be brought to a stop. The Profijim trainer does not harm the joints due to the natural trajectory of the levers.

Regular sports pancakes are used as a load. It is not possible to train two athletes at the same time.
