Half-Cutting Machine for Sausage Sticks, SB-Cut - Ideal for Sausage Processing

The design of the SB-Cut sausage loaf cutter allows to cut sausage products of any type with a diameter from 35 to 75 mm. On the SB-Cut, the product is transported longitudinally. During transport, the sausage loaf passes a single-line CCD sensor that compares the length of the two halves before and after the knife and controls the conveyor belt drives accordingly. The control system allows the cutting machine to be customised for a specific product.
