Bars are designed to organise training process in open or closed areas, training on the bars can achieve good results in the development of triceps, upper shoulder girdle and pectoral muscles. The deltoids (mainly their anterior fascicles) and, to a lesser extent, the broadest muscles of the back are subjected to considerable strain.
