Description

- BIS and BLS separators are designed for preparation of purified, calibrated material. The purpose of this group is reduced to cleaning of grain material from coarse, fine, finely dispersed, aeroseparable impurities, calibration of grain and bringing grain pile to elevator and seed condition. Design features allow to realise various technological schemes on these models. Separators of BIS and BLS types can select coarse impurities on sorting sieves located in the upper part of the body. After that, the material, which has passed through the sorting sieves, flows by gravity to the under-seeding sieves, where the fine weed impurity is selected. Such constructive construction allowed to avoid small overall dimensions, which is important for reconstruction and installation of the separator on grain cleaning complexes.
