Grain Mixing and Crushing Unit KU-2-1 for Effective Grain Processing

Kombikormovaya plant KU-2-1 is designed for crushing grain or grain mixtures of various crops with moisture content not more than 17% crusher KU-203 and mixing them with mineral additives in a mixer KU-100 in accordance with zootechnical requirements for all types and age groups of animals, poultry and fish. Feeding plant KU-2-1 is used as an independent machine. Place of installation and application of the installation - only closed explosion-proof room with ventilation and floor with concrete covering (not less than 100mm).

Climatic execution "U" placement category "3" according to GOST 15150-69. Power supply system - three-phase current network with deaf-earthed neutral with nominal voltage 380/220V frequency 50 Hz. The method of grain loading into the crusher KU-203 and sod into the mixer KU100 is pneumatic.

Combi-fodder plant is designed for preparation of fodder with oats content not more than 50%.
