VESTA Grain Dryer P1-C200G for Effective Grain Drying

Grain dryer R1-C200G is designed for drying grain of cereals, legumes and oilseeds. Technical productivity (with moisture removal in one pass 4% from 19% to 15%) for wheat grain - 200 tonnes per hour. Processed crops: wheat, rye, barley, soya, peas, buckwheat, maize, oats, millet, rape, sunflower. Grain dryer - straight-through, stationary, with the possibility of returning the undried grain for drying, freestanding, with an air heater equipped with a gas burner. Grain dryer consists of: -tower of the grain dryer with strapping; -norya loading; -samoteka grain supply to the dryer; -unloading trough; -Amoteka for returning the undried grain for additional drying; -air heater on gas fuel; -control panel. The control panel is equipped with temperature control devices, the sensors of which are located in the tower of the dryer At the customer's request the dryer can be additionally equipped with: hopper of initial grain, conveyor of grain supply.
