GM3485 Integrated Circuit Low Power Half-Duplex Transceiver for RS-485/RS-422 Applications

GM3485 (MIK3485) (3485K crystal) is a low power half-duplex transceiver from a single +3.3V supply voltage that complies with RS-485 and RS-422 standard. BiCMOS technology allows low power operation to be achieved without compromising performance. The 3485K complies with RS-485 and RS-422 protocols up to 10Mbps under load. ESD tolerance of more than ±15kV for the human body model and air discharge method (IEC6100-4-2) on this device. The GM3485 is available in standard SOP8 packages.
