General Purpose Screw Conveyors Type KV for Efficient Material Transport

Conveyors screw stationary type KV of general industrial purpose are designed for transportation in horizontal and inclined (up to 200) position of non-abrasive and abrasive bulk cargoes with volumetric weight up to 3,5 t/m3, dusty, powdery, small lumps (piece size up to 20 mm) at temperature up to 2000C.

The screw conveyor consists of a fixed chute, closed from above with a cover, a drive shaft with the coils of the conveying screw fixed on it, end supports and intermediate support, drive, loading and unloading spigots.

Screw conveyors in the chute can transport the load in horizontal, inclined and vertical directions. Cargo movement along the chute is carried out by turns of the rotating screw.
