Gas-Oxygen Cutting Device GAKS-R-6 for Pipeline Construction and Repair

The gas-oxygen cutting devices of GAKS-R-6 type are used for construction and repair of main pipelines in field conditions and at industrial enterprises, as well as for manufacturing of bends and other similar products. The devices are designed for cutting pipes at various angles. Pipe cutting is performed without bevelling and with bevelling for welding.

The device consists of a support on which there is a pivoting support with a screw and guides. The frame on which all the main assemblies and parts of the device are located moves along the guides. The device is installed with the support on the pipe to be cut, adjusted to the diameter of the pipe to be cut.

Variants of the device execution: a) with manual drive; b) with electric drive and control panel. The device is completed with machine cutter "Kord" RM-3-220G.
