GAKS-K-3 Type Spray Booth for Coating Pipeline Valves - Enhance Your Coating Process

The GAKS-K-3 type painting chambers are designed for painting of pipeline valves after repair with powder or liquid paint coatings. They are used in various spheres of production and industry, where it is necessary to paint parts and structures made of metal. Application of paint and varnish materials is carried out by pneumatic (airless) atomisation with the help of automatic and manual pneumatic paint sprayers.

The delivery set of the chambers includes an electric control cabinet with a control panel of explosion-proof version. The chambers are also equipped with explosion-proof lighting, dry and hydrofiltration system. The equipment has a closed water circulation system, which allows the paint booth to function autonomously.

To increase the time between cleaning of the chamber, a device for cleaning the water from paint waste - a collector of paint waste - is available on special order.
