Full-flow prosthetic heart valves are used to replace diseased natural heart valves.
The main parts of the heart valve are made of carbon steel. A distinctive feature is the closing element, made in the form of two cylindrical segments, covering the blood flow through the valve from the outer side, which provides a natural structure of blood flow in the heart cavities, minimises traumatisation of blood forming elements and increases the effective area of the passage opening.
Size range of cuffed aortic prostheses (In): 19,21,23,23,25,25,27,29,31 mm. Size range of aortic valves with cuff (Su): 17,19,21,21,23,23,25,27 mm.
Size range of mitral prostheses with cuff (In): 23,25,27,29,29,31,33 mm. Size range of mitral valves with cuff (Su): 23,25,27 mm.
Guaranteed shelf life is not less than five years from the date of manufacture.
