Fermenters of FT type are designed to provide the necessary modes of preparation of various sourdough starter. The modes are understood as: temperature in different periods of fermentation process; kneading time; period, duration and speed of mixing. The fermenter is equipped with a control panel with a touch screen that allows to control and adjust the configuration of mixing, fermentation and preservation cycles.

The high outlet tap ensures that a minimum reserve volume of starter is maintained. Bottom outlet ensures complete drainage. The hermetically sealed lid guarantees high stability of the starter.

All parts of the fermenter are made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel. For transportability, the fermenter is equipped with wheels with foot brake.
