FS series stuffing machines

Spiral mincing machines are designed for fast and quality mixing of various food products (minced meat, spices, kebabs, cottage cheese, salads, etc.) in food processing plants.
Design features:
The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the outer surface is additionally cold abrasive treated;
The control system of the mincing machine is based on a programmable controller and allows to realise various mixing cycles with change of speed and direction of rotation of kneading rollers in automatic mode.
The agitator is controlled by the operator's touch panel.
The kneading shaft is made in the form of a spiral.
Protection on minced meat mixers is achieved by blocking the rotation of the shafts when the lid of the chamber is open and the protective cover of the unloading window is open;
Sensors of the presence of the technological container, the position of the step are installed.
