Description
The free weight lying biceps femoris machine is designed to effectively isolate and train the three key muscles of the back of the thigh: the biceps, semitendinosus and semitendinosus. These muscles play an important role in movement, balance and stability, especially when walking, running and bending forward. The main task of the machine is to work the muscles by bending the legs at the knees from a supine position. The use of free weights allows you to individually adjust the level of load, ensuring uniform development of muscle strength and flexibility. The supporting structure is made of 60x80 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm. The frame is powder coated.
