Description
Four-probe measuring head developed by Ostek-Elektro Ltd. It is used as a contacting device when carrying out measurements of specific and surface resistivity of various materials. Measurements are carried out according to the four-probe method (Kelvin method). The main function of the head is to create a stable contact with the sample under test. It is used in conjunction with the installation for measuring surface resistivity IUS-7
