Food waste baler "PP-3,6"

Designed for the separation of liquid and solid fractions of shredded food waste and their compaction. Capacity 3,6 m3/hour. "PP-3,6" serves for separation of liquid and solid fractions from the suspension of food waste shredded in shredding feeding stations.

The solid dewatered fraction of food waste processed in the "PP" unit is collected in tablet form in containers. The liquid fraction is discharged into a tank. The "PP" unit operates in the ship's/ship's bilge rooms, next to the food waste collection tank.

Food waste presses "PP" are designed for operation on ships and vessels, where there is a possibility of food waste generation (galley area) and there is a need in compacting this waste, in all macroclimatic regions on land and at sea, except for the climatic region with arctic cold climate.
