Flour Sifter Cascade for Efficient Sieving and Aeration

Flour sifter "Cascade" is designed for sifting, loosening and oxygen enrichment (aeration) of flour.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The flour sifter consists of a feed hopper, a receiving hopper and a drive housing. The feed hopper and receiving hopper are made of stainless steel. The drive housing is made of galvanised steel. A sieve with a mesh size of 1.2x1.2 mm is installed inside the feed hopper. The hopper cover prevents dust formation and foreign objects from entering the hopper. The loading hopper is removable, fixed on the receiving hopper with thumbscrews. The sieve is made of special magnetic steel. The principle of operation of the flour sifter is the use of a vibrating sieve, through which the flour is passed in portions (not more than 5 kg per reception). The flour sifter is equipped with a magnetic catcher (separation) device, which is necessary to keep metal particles on its surface.
