Purpose, scope of application:
Designed for mechanical processes of separation of flour from foreign objects, as well as for loosening and aeration of flour.
The machine can be used in catering companies with pastry shops and specialised catering companies (pancake shops, pie shops, etc.) and bakeries.
The machine is used as technological equipment in bakery production.
The machine is operated in rooms with ambient air temperature from +10 °? to +35 °? at relative humidity not exceeding 80%.

Realisation of loading by means of a lifting mechanism
Possibility to clean flour from various impurities, thanks to the original design of the sieving head (presence of a magnetic grid, brushes, sieve).
Additional saturation of flour with oxygen due to its forced mixing in the sieving head, which leads to an increase in the quality of dough.
